Job Description: BGG, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is currently seeking a talented Content Creator with experience in drafting company profiles and business plans to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of business strategy, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

• Draft compelling company profiles that accurately reflect the brand identity and mission statement.
• Create detailed business plans that outline goals, strategies, and financial projections.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business planning and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business plans align with overall company objectives.
• Communicate complex business ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (not compulsory) in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, business planning, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and industry trends.
